GUIDELINES IN SUBMITTING IMAGES:

1. Editorial submissions should consist of a minimum of 4 different images but should be cohesive. All from the same shoot but different poses, angles, etc… (Average editorial is around 4-10 images)
2. Photos MUST be sized accordingly in order to be published. For reference, 6X Magazine pages are precisely 8.5×11 inches at 300 dpi.
3. We require HIGH RESOLUTION images in JPEG, PNG or TIFF format.
4. Distorted or stretched images will NOT be accepted.
5. Photos of selfies or captured by any low quality camera/phones will NOT be accepted. Please submit a professional and high quality images.

GUIDELINES IN ADDING CREDITS:

1. Be sure to include a title for your editorial, along with team & clothing credits (where applicable)
— For team credits, list all related agencies & management firms.
— For clothing credits, list each article of clothing featured, along with the designer/brand name.
—We also recommend you to provide models, stylists, artists, makeup artists, and photographers Instagram account for promoting.
Please double-check to make sure all credit information is accurate! Credits will be published exactly as sent. Any errors will not be our responsibility. Any revision after publication will be subjected to a cost of $30
2. Credits MUST be included in each images. Requesting to add credits or editing title through email or message will not be accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When you submit your works to 6X Magazine, please make sure you read this. And along with your submission, we, therefore, confirm that the action of submission means you accept the conditions and release & license below:

The submitter/s hereby give/s his/her/their permission to 6X Magazine AND 6X MEDIA to license the Content and to use this photograph for the purpose of printing and promoting. (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include.
1. Editorial publication (newspaper, magazine)
2. Public exhibitions (galleries)
3. 6X Magazine & 6X Media's promotion and communication (6X Media's website, online galleries, portfolio, self-published book) among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. He/she/they agrees/agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.

REFUND PROCESS:

1. PAYMENT is not REFUNDABLE after your work has been published. Average publication is 14-30 days.
2. CANCELLATION FEE is $60.00 and payable through our PayPal Account.
— Make sure that your decision to submit your works in 6XMEDIA Magazine is FINAL. If you want to remove your pictures after the date of publication, the cancellation fee will take effect immediately as we will have to redo the magazine completely.
3. If your work is not accepted you will be issued a full refund. You will see the refund in your account within 8-12 days from the rejection date. For Guidelines: Note: By submitting to the following options: Front, Back Cover and get featured; You understand that Kavyar will charge your card now and hold the funds in escrow. If your submission is accepted Kavyar will send the funds to Moevir Magazine. If your submission is rejected, Kavyar will issue a full refund. HOW TO PURCHASE PRINT AND DIGITAL COPY:

Once an issue is released it is available for purchase via MagCloud or BLURB. The print copy cost approx. $35 - $39 USD and the digital approx. $16. The purchase link will be sent to you on the day of release.

WHEN TO RECEIVE TEARSHEETS:
Tearsheets are FREE. It will be sent to you within and not more than 10 working days once magazine is released.
