Open Call for Web Editorial Submissions

Alice Magazine is online, with biannual print editions. The print magazine is by assignment only, but we are always looking for great photographers to work with.

Requirements:

-All editorials must have different looks. If you send us a story with one or two looks throughout the entire series it will not be accepted. We may use one look twice in a story if there are vastly different images of it.

-Please do not have any “stylists own” in your clothing credits. We want to know the labels on everything, including make up and hair brands if you are submitting a beauty story. Vintage items are OK.

-Stories featuring only one designer MUST be submitted as Advertorial

-We are accepting both womenswear and menswear stories.

-If your story is accepted, we will send you a standard release form that you must sign in order for us to publish your work. The form states that you are the owner of the photographs being published and agree to have your story published exclusively on alicemagazine.nyc.

-If your story is accepted, we will also share it on our social media platforms, so please include relevant social media profiles/tags with your credits.

-We will also share quality video and/or BTS video, both on the site and on our YouTube channel. If you work with video or filmed BTS please feel free to include it with your submission.

-Editorials are accepted based on the quality of images and wardrobe styling so please keep that in mind.

-We create layouts for our web stories, and you will receive the ‘tearsheets’ near the time of publication if your submission is accepted.
