About Alpha Fashion Magazine

Alpha Fashion Magazine (AFM) is a New York-based Magazine founded in the Bronx, NY by Kareem A. Irby. With a dream to create a new exclusive platform for top creatives to display their high-quality work, Kareem launched AFM - his first indie Digital & Print Publication - in June 2014.

In just about five years, AFM has grown into a well-respected independent magazine in the international fashion community. To date, AFM has received and published editorial submissions from all around the world, such as Paris, German, Spain, Russia, London, South Africa, Turkey, USA, Australia, Japan, Italy, and Korea. Models from big agencies have been featured on its magazine covers. Globally-recognized high-end brands & designers also noticed its presence as AFM has published campaigns from Massimo Dutti, Balmain, Alex Soldier, Balmain Hair Couture, Lucy Choi London, Pierre-Henry Bor, Afffair, Aeryne, Ralph & Russo, Strathberry, Lamperti Milano, Bvlgari, Pandora, Panerai, Skagen, Ermenegildo Zegna, Ermanno Scervino, and the list goes on.

In recent years, AFM has teamed up with highly talented film directors, photographers, actors, & supermodels. In 2018, AFM collaborated with the talented Fabien Martorell and Ron Hill in creating cover stories and interviews with actors and celebrities, like Derek Luke, Suraya Rose Santos, and Tobin Bell. Early this year, supermodel Afiya Bennett shot by Photographers Ron & Quintin graced the February/March cover.

AFM is grateful to its readers, top creatives, and fashion community. With the continuing support, there is no telling what is next in store for AFM as it continues to push boundaries and expectations.
