• Photos don't have to be exclusive to Art Hive Magazine and could have been published on social media, however, they need to be unpublished in print.


BY SUBMITTING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• You MUST not submit images with watermarks or logos. Images with logos and
watermarks will automatically be rejected.

• You MUST be the copyright holder of all images to submit your work.

• All images submitted must be print-ready, retouched and edited.

• You understand that submission does not mean acceptance. All submissions are subject to review by our team.

• You are sole owner of the copyright of submitted photos and understand that you are granting Art Hive Magazine non-exclusive rights to use said photographs in an issue of Art Hive, in any of our websites, social media platforms, videos, marketing materials, advertising copy, and any other media Art Hive Magazine uses to promote and monetize our content — free of charge.

Please make sure to add relevant information for us to publish in your submission. If you are submitting info about yourself, your company, your art, and the like, add a biography and background information for us to add to the editorial, as well as any social media handles and websites. The more details you can provide the better and easier it is for us to design layouts and share across more platforms.

By submitting your work, you are allowing Art Hive Magazine to publish your work, grant permission to use your work in any of our websites, social media platforms, videos, marketing materials, advertising copy, and any other media Art Hive Magazine uses to promote and monetize our content.

Art Hive Magazine reserves the right to crop and resize submitted images.

Art Hive Magazine is not responsible for for typos, errors and missing credits, we cannot make any changes after publication. This is 100% submitter's responsibility.

You, the submitting party, agree to protect and indemnify Art Hive Magazine, all liabilities, damages, costs, debts, claims, and expenses that publisher may sustain or incur at the suit of a third party, if posted material violates any third property or intellectual property in breach of the above paragraph. By submitting your work, you approve these terms, accept the rules and take all the possible risks on yourself as the submitter.

In applicable photos submitted, all participants who have modeled or posed in photos have assigned all relevant rights to submitting party (you).


Art Hive Magazine does not guarantee that all materials submitted will be published.


NOTES:

• We will send all accepted submitters tear sheets for their portfolios from Art Hive Magazine within 30 days of publication.

• We do not send any submitters hard copies or digital files. Free digital copies
(PDF) are available via Issuu and visible on ArtHiveMagazine.com.

• All hard copies of Art Hive Magazine are available for purchase via print on-
demand, and professional offset printers in the USA; and sold through third party companies. (Not given for free to submitters)

***Please note—prior to 2021, Art Hive Magazine printed 15,000 copies every quarter, and was available across Barnes & Noble Bookstores, Whole Foods Markets, and Publix Super Markets. Art Hive Magazine was also circulated for free at select high traffic events. Beginning in 2022, Art Hive Magazine is going to be available for free digitally and can be read on your phone or IPad via Issuu or Magcloud. Art Hive Magazine is available for purchase through print-on-demand companies Blurb and Magcloud, as well as through Ingram Periodicals. We will be adding back to our regular distribution throughout the year.

***The Spring 2022 (issue 36) will be printed in bulk (10,000 copies) and distributed at multiple events during #MiamiTechWeek and also at our Creative Futurist Conference.
