If you are the original poster and the image has not been used in a submission:
- Click on the photo you would like to delete.
- Click on the "X" next to your name, OR click "..." at the top right-hand corner and click "delete."
Deleting photos that you have uploaded will remove the photo from all other profiles that are credited on Kavyar.
Be mindful of the portfolio work you select and upload to Kavyar. There is no bulk edit feature. Photos must be deleted one by one.
If you are the original poster and the image has been used in a submission:
The image cannot be removed because it is part of the submission record. You can make the image private to remove it from your public Kavyar profile. See How do I make photos private?
If you are credited on the image, but not the original poster:
There are two options for removing the image.
- If the credit is incorrect or you no longer wish to be credited on the image or associated submissions, you can remove your credit from the image.
- If you don't mind being credited but don't want to see the image in your public Kavyar profile, you can hide the image.
Why is my deleted photo still showing up in Google?
While Kavyar removes your images immediately, it can take several weeks for Google and other search engines to update their search indexes to reflect the change.
If you would like to expedite this process, see Remove Deleted or Private Images from Google Searches.
