Guidelines
This submission is for our “Rising Star” kids special editorial which is an exclusive editorial in ARTSFashion Magazine. This is non-refundable and guaranteed for either a print or Instagram post with team credits. We do not make any guarantees as to which it will be so please submit knowing this. 3 - 18 years of age.
When submitting please follow the guidelines outlined on this page. We accept exclusive and non exclusive submissions.
Upon reviewing submissions, ARTSFashion Magazine reserves the right to Accept or Deny any submission.
Team credits are required for all submissions, We will not be responsible for any missing or incorrect credit.
If an editorial is titled Editorial, Fashion, or Beauty, we will rename it.
The release date can last up to 30 days. Sometimes the magazine goes ahead of time. We make no guarantee on specific date.
When submitting it is mandatory to write full names and credits of all the team members involved with your editorial. You can create, upon submitting, team members names as needed. We will not make changes after the magazine publication is live and for sale in print or any posts in social media and instagram.
Submitters are responsible for making sure that all information is correct. No corrections can be made after going to print. Submitters also verify that they have legal right to submit the images for publication, either as the copyright holder themselves or with permission from the copyright holder. ARTSFashion Magazine will not be held responsible for submissions made in error.
Please refrain from posting approved images or interviews online prior to the launch of the issue. We reserve the right to pull the story should you do so.
ARTSFashion Magazine will make the acceptance or rejection final decision. Decisions are based on the quality of submission and space available in the magazine. The issue that your editorial will be published in may also be subject to change.
I agree and freely give ARTSFashion Magazine the rights to use my images including all related documents attached to submission, in the following ways:
To publish in print, online and/or in digital format.
To publish it on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc) which shall include the Photographer's name and team credits.
Consent to indemnify ARTSFashion Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against ARTSFashion Magazine arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.
Once an image is accepted to be published, it grants ARTSFashion Magazine and it’s affiliates, the permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of ARTSFashion Magazine.
I grant this authorization free of charge and understand that ARTSFashion Magazine does not provide free print copies to the collaborators published in the printed issues. ARTSFashion Magazine however, does provide the submitter with free tear sheets when asked.
Participants who have modeled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer.
Once published, you can not unpublish the said editorial.
We don't provide free print copy’s as ARTSFashion Magazine is a Print on demand Magazine sold through MagCloud.
Tear-sheets are available within 10 days after the publication release upon request.
We do send out tear-sheets sooner with specified upgraded submissions.
All submitters are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. This is to ensure communication is maintained equally with all our artists and to keep you updated with more information on the magazines being published.
I understand that submission does not mean acceptance; and that all submissions are subjected to review.
