We accept submissions from photographers, female models, make-up-artists, designers and other creatives from the business.

You can submit photos about fashion, beauty, Fine Art and conceptual works.
ELYSIA reserves the right to accept or deny any submission.
All submission which do not meet our own quality criteria or which we feel to be not a good fit for ELYSIA will be rejected. Also as the magazine is published bi-monthly only we are only able to accept a limited number of submissions for each issue.

Your editorial must consist of 6-16 photos, all from one shoot, with up to 3 different looks (with 4 photos minimum per look).
Please make sure that when uploading your submission all your credits are correct and that they include the Instagram accounts for all contributors.

After accepting your submission you will be contacted by us with interview questions (2-4 questions) and the request for the photographer's bio and profile photo.

For a model's submission for our Model's Cornder please make sure that you have the right and permission to submit the photos for ELYSIA from the copyright holder. The photographer other contributors will be fully credited in the magazine. You should submit 6-8 photos of different looks and different photographers of professional level. The model will receive after the submission was accepted a question form to fill in with some information about the model and a Q&A.

Designers, Make-up-Artists and other creatives will be contacted to provide some more information, like for example a text about their activity to present it to the readers.

ELYSIA will be available via MagCloud, the digital pdf-version can be read/downloaded for free whereas the printed magazine can be purchased over the same platform. The link will be sent on the day of release of the magazine issue.


Terms & Conditions

- The photographer owns all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit his photos to ELYSIA. Once an image is accepted to be published, it grants ELYSIA permission to use your work in any of our publications, social media, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of ELYSIA.
- I consent to indemnify ELYSIA against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against ELYSIA arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.
- I grant this authorization free of charge and that ELYSIA does not currently provide complimentary copies of our print-on-demand publication or pay for your shoots. However; we will promote your work on social media, events, and promotions.
- Once images are approved for publication, you give us the right to correct/edit/retouch pictures if needed.
- Participants who have modeled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer.
- Model's who apply for the Model's Corner need permission from the copyright holder (i.e. the photographer in general) that they are allowed to submit the photos.
- I understand that submission does not mean acceptance; and that all submissions are subjected to review.
