Guidelines
Erotiq X Ink Magazine does not accept submissions through Kavyar.
We are now accepting full colour OR black & white nude, erotic or glamour submissions that have a strong element of body art for the the December issue of èrotiq x ink magazine, to be released 3 Janaury, 2021

We accept submissions that meet any of our four criteria:

– its artistic beauty,
- its technical brilliance,
- its embedded social message, or
- even simply because it pushes a boundary.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA:
We don't support Facebook and Instagram. We respect that it is their platform, and their rules, but we will never censor your images as we believe it is disrespectful to you as an artist (not to mention incredibly immature) Nobody goes around covering up the "rude" bits at the Louvre with sticky notes.

As a result the social score on Kavyar misrepresents our reach. We are more than happy to share circulation and reach numbers if you require them :)

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NUDITY:
We think the human body, in all its forms, male and female, big or small, black or white, is an incredibly beautiful thing. Our publication seeks to celebrate the human body, but in a way that remains tasteful. NUDITY DOES NOT MEAN PORNOGRAPHIC. We will not publish images that are sexually explicit or pornographic.

If you are looking for guidance in terms of where the limit of acceptability is, then you're probably close to it. However, please do not hesitate to contact us via Kavyar messaging and we are happy to discuss your plans with you.

THE DOT POINTS:

If you are submitting landscape images that will fit a two page spread, make sure the image is composed and cropped in such a way that key elements of the image are not positioned in the gutter of the printed publication.

Be sure to include a title for your editorial. We reserve the right to modify your title or apply a different title to fit with the flow of the issue.

We're happy to accept related written content to a max. 500 words, though we reserve the right to exclude or modify your written content.

We need credits for the WHOLE team, including models (& their agencies), stylists, HMUA's, photographers, assistants, CD’s, etc.

Images should NOT have been published through any other form of print or online media. We'll consider previously published images - just let us know that it has been published elsewhere, when it was published, who it was published with and that any exclusivity has expired.

CHANGES, DISQUALIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
We use the data YOU provide in your submission and profile, including names, agencies, social media handles, locations, etc. We copy it exactly as it is displayed. If it is incorrect in your submission or profile, then it will be incorrect in your editorial. We have limited capacity to make any corrections after the submission has been accepted.

Having accepted a submission and downloading your files from Kavyar, we frequently find image files are not to the required specification (either incorrectly sized or too low resolution) Where this is the case we will disqualify the submission and it will not be published. We will advise you of the problem, and we MAY offer you the opportunity to resubmit, but we are under no obligation to do so.

Cancellations and requests not to proceed with publishing an accepted submission will be considered on a case by case basis. Since considerable effort goes into producing each issue, requests to cancel a submission after acceptance are generally not granted.

REJECTIONS:
Submissions may be rejected for a variety of reasons, including:

- Work was submitted after the deadline.
- The quality of the images aren’t of a high enough standard.
- The submission does not meet the technical requirements
- The submission doesn’t fit the theme for the issue.

If your submission is rejected, we will advise you so that you can submit elsewhere, but we may not state the reason for the rejection.
