Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality, and relevance. FOREIGN LOOK Magazine looks to publish the highest quality work.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

Submitters have the ability to submit an existing series one has created or can provide a submission proposal that includes photographing a series strictly for FOREIGN LOOK Magazine.

Anyone is eligible to submit (photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, etc.). The submitter must provide information regarding the entire team who worked on the submission.

NOTE: All submitters shooting for FOREIGN LOOK Magazine are not 100% guaranteed to be featured in an upcoming issue or online feature. Our editorial team reviews every submission and reserves all rights to their selection.

* CREDITS AND CORRECTIONS FEE ($15):

Make sure when you upload the credits, that they are correct and that Instagram handles are added to all team members. For Any corrections there will be a $15 fee charged, to make them after the publication of the work. Corrections are only available for 14 days after release. NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THE 14 DAYS.

*** If it is determined that the correction issue happened in our end. you will be notified and no correction fee will be charged.

* CANCELLATION POLICIES. ($25):

There is a cancellation fee of $25. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable and is intended to cover administrative costs associated with processing and publishing submissions. Kindly note that this fee is standard company policy and applies to all cancellation requests made after the work in question has been published. This fee must be sent to FLMAG before the removal of the work. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

***By submitting materials you agree to FOREIGN LOOK’s following terms and conditions:

1. The photographer owns all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to FLMAG and I understand that I am granting FLMAG the rights to use it in the following ways:
• to publish in print, online, and/or in digital format
• to publish it on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and on FOREIGN LOOK Magazine's website, which shall include the Photographer's name.

2. I consent to indemnify FLMAG against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against FLMAG's arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.

3. I grant this authorization free of charge and FOREIGN LOOK MAGAZINE does not provide free print copies to the collaborators published in the printed issues. FLMAG, however, does provide the teams who were published with a free digital version when asked.

4. Participants who have modeled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer.

I understand that submission does not mean acceptance; and that all submissions are subjected to review.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

— Any submissions accepted by Foreign Look Magazine should ONLY be featured with Foreign Look Magazine. If we find out the submission is featured in another magazine, we will immediately remove your feature.
— Image selection and layout are determined by Foreign Look Magazine Editors. We might not use all the images provided and might do small retouches to the photographs.
— WE DO NOT pay for submissions, all photoshoot expenses for a submission to the magazine are covered by the team conducting the project.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

As a contributor, all the images you submit for any issue of FOREIGN LOOK Magazine must be copyright-free. The submitted works must be all done by yourself and you must be the authentic copyright holder. If whichever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of FOREIGN LOOK Magazine’s awareness or not.

In order to achieve a better page layout design, FOREIGN LOOK Magazine also has the right to use, edit/color correct, enlarge, reduce, and/or crop the original photograph.

Editors reserve all rights to the selection.
