When submitting please follow the guidelines outlined on this page. Upon reviewing submissions, FOREIGN LOOK Magazine reserves the right to accept or deny any submission we receive (this also includes after a pull-letter has been provided). Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality, and relevance. FOREIGN LOOK Magazine looks to publish the highest quality work.

* Every submission must include the title of the editorial story and a small paragraph describing the inspiration and story behind it.

* Please note: Your submission can be canceled/rejected at any time even after been accepted.

Our team of editors works to see what's best for the magazine and reserves all the rights on this matter.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

Submitters can submit an existing series one has created strictly for FOREIGN LOOK Magazine.

Anyone is eligible to submit (photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, etc.). The submitter must provide information regarding the entire team who worked on the submission.

NOTE: All submitters shooting for FOREIGN LOOK Magazine are not 100% guaranteed to be featured in an upcoming issue or online feature. Our editorial team reviews every submission and reserves all rights to their selection.

If your work is not accepted, you will be issued a full refund. You will see the refund in your account within 8-12 days from the rejection date. Please note: not all submissions are refundable. careful review before submitting.

* CREDITS AND CORRECTIONS FEE ($15):

Make sure when you upload the credits, that they are correct and that Instagram handles are added to all team members. For Any corrections there will be a $15 fee charged, to make them after the publication of the work. Corrections are only available for 14 days after release. NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THE 14 DAYS.

*** If it is determined that the correction issue happened in our end. you will be notified and no correction fee will be charged.

* CANCELLATION POLICIES. ($25):

There is a cancellation fee of $25. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable and is intended to cover administrative costs associated with processing and publishing submissions. Kindly note that this fee is standard company policy and applies to all cancellation requests made after the work in question has been published. This fee must be sent to FLMAG before the removal of the work. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

***PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR "PRINT" SUBMISSIONS AFTER PUBLICATION.


* REFUND POLICY

— No refunds will be provided for submissions canceled by a submitter without cause.
— No refunds will be provided if submission information is incomplete or contains an error that causes delayed publication or errors in the final product.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

— Any submissions accepted by Foreign Look Magazine should ONLY be featured with Foreign Look Magazine. If we find out the submission is featured with another magazine, we will immediately remove your feature.
— Image selection and layout are determined by us. We might not use all the images provided and might do small retouches to the photographs.
— WE DO NOT pay for submissions, all photo shoot expenses for a submission to the magazine are covered by the team conducting the project.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

As a contributor, all the images you submit for any issue of FOREIGN LOOK Magazine must be copyright free. The submitted works must be all done by yourself and you must be the authentic copyright holder. If whichever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of FOREIGN LOOK Magazine’s awareness or not.

To achieve a better page layout design, FOREIGN LOOK Magazine also has the right to use, edit/color correct, enlarge, reduce, and/or crop the original photograph.



**Please Note: Taking effect on January 9, 2023. Paid online submissions will become free to view to the general public, and Free online submissions will only be viewable for FLMAG’s over 2K members. This also means that the password-protected Contributors Area will no longer be available on our site.
