Submissions should be original, fashion or artistic oriented, exclusive works that have not appeared on other sites or publications. Recent work only please! At time of submission please include all fashion or artistic content and crew credits. Upon reviewing submissions, HöN Magazine reserves the rights to accept or deny any submission we receive. Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality, and relevance. You can view the image requirements and submission guidelines below.

For Fashion / Fitness Editorials, we request that the submission consist, of at least, 3-5 outfits/looks. DO NOT submit a set of images with models wearing the same look. Try to include different image types in your editorial. (landscape, portrait, full-length, close-up, etc.). Be sure to include a title for your editorial. Team and wardrobe credits are required. Be sure to list them with the corresponding file name or in a PDF file pointing each wardrobe credit to the related photo, so we know which photo you’re referring to. We won’t accept your submission without team credits. We won’t be held accountable for any missing or misspelled credit. Be sure to double check that all persons involved in the submission are included in the credits, and their names are spelled correctly. Along with model’s name, be sure to list the agency name, if any. We copy and paste each name directly from the file submitted. So, please double check all the names for accuracy.

For Beauty Editorials, we request that the submission consist, of at least, 3-5 different make-up looks. DO NOT submit a set of images with models wearing the same look. Try to include different image types in your editorial. (landscape, portrait, full-length, close-up, etc.). Be sure to include a title for your editorial. We won’t accept your submission without team credits. We won’t be held accountable for any missing or misspelled credit. Be sure to double check that all persons involved in the submission are included in the credits, and their names are spelled correctly. Along with model’s name, be sure to list the agency name, if any. We copy and paste each name directly from the file submitted. So, please double check all the names for accuracy.

For Artwork, we request that the submission consist, of at least, 3 different images of the artwork.

For Stories or other written work, we consider all "short" narrative length work, from flash fiction to novellas. A text document with a bio and author's statement, website or social media link, and email address is required.

Guarantee and represent that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, title, & interest in all the work you submitted, including all related intellectual property interests (such as trademarks and copyrights). We can only accept photos from the photographer or the copyright holder of the images. If you are a model, artist, makeup artist, hairstylist, or wardrobe stylist interested in being published by HöN Magazine, please have the photographer or copyright holder that you work with send us the images. ​​ When sending us the images, the photographer or copyright holder should copy the below text with their submission email:

I [YOUR NAME] have the right to supply and give HöN Magazine approval to use the [ATTACHED PHOTOS] or [ATTACHED ARTWORK] or [ATTACHED STORY] of [MODEL'S NAME] or [TITLE OF ARTWORK], (as photographed by [PHOTOGRAPHER'S NAME]) (or as created by [CREATIVE'S NAME]), as HöN Magazine best see fit.

I consent to indemnify HöN Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against HöN Magazine arising out of the use of the photograph, artwork, or story and related to any false or inaccurate statement. I guarantee and represent that I am the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, title, & interest in all the work I submitted, including all related intellectual property interests (such as trademarks and copyrights). By submitting to HöN Magazine to publish my work, I grant HöN Magazine the permission to use my work in any of HöN Magazine publications, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation and dissemination.

By submitting to HöN Magazine to publish your work, you grant us the permission and full rights to use your work in any of our publications, in any media, websites, videos, promotion, marketing pieces, packaging for any product or service, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of HöN Magazine. Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified. This public release is binding upon acceptance by HöN Magazine, irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by law. We, including our media partners / collaborators, are held harmless for any and all disputes which arise out of your submissions. This statement will serve as a Release Form for any and all submissions. These rules are effective for any and all submissions, read or unread.

Once a submission is accepted by HöN Magazine, it must NOT be published in any other magazine, website, blog and social media networks. Once we realize that the images are published in these mediums before the particular issue is released, we reserve the right to pull that submission from our issue without your consent.

Due to the very high volume of submissions and cost of utilizing a third-party publisher/distributor, we are unable to provide free print copies at this time. You will be provided digital tear sheets of all of your work published with us. We appreciate that you trust us with your work.

Ensure that your submission includes the following statement:

Must be exclusive and unpublished.

Nudity is allowed, however, it must be implemented in a tasteful manner.

Please DO NOT put any borders or texts on your pictures. Also, please make sure your photos DO NOT have a logo/watermark.

Please ensure that all final submissions are delivered in a final resolution of at least 300dpi, at the required dimensions.
