02. The photographer owns all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to IMPETUOUS Magazine, and I understand that I am granting IMPETUOUS Mag the rights to use it in the following ways:

• Get to publish in print, online, and/or in digital format.
• Get to publish it on social media (Weibo China, Instagram, Facebook, etc) and on IMPETUOUS Magazine's website, which shall include the Photographer's name.

04. We reserve the right to change the name of the editorial.
05. We don't provide free print copies. We do send out Tear Sheets for free.
06. Write all your team credits and all clothes credits in Kavyar boxes.
07. You can publish your work on social media anytime, even before its release.
