We are casting for a dual-purpose shoot that will serve both as a TrueRef image reference pack and as a fine art personal project for Abbey Esparza, inspired by classical allegory and dark renaissance themes.
The shoot will explore symbolic representations of War, Pestilence, and Death. In addition to the final conceptual compositions, we will capture a full range of reference poses suitable for artists and illustrators that give off the same vibe.
Basically, a few of the images will be used in a fine art piece, and the rest will be turned into a fina art reference pack.
All dramatic effects (wounds, decay, embellishments, etc.) will be created in post-production! There will be no prosthetics or special effects makeup.
About the Shoot:
- Dual-purpose shoot: TrueRef reference pack + fine art portfolio work
- Dark, renaissance-inspired allegorical theme
- Artistic nudity required (tasteful, fine art presentation)
- No practical effects makeup (all effects added in post)

- Flexible scheduling coordinated with the model

Model Requirements:
- Comfortable with artistic nudity
- Able to hold strong, expressive poses
- Comfortable portraying intense or dramatic emotion
- Experience with fine art, conceptual, or reference modeling preferred
- All skin tones and body types welcomed
Compensation and Deliverables:
- $100 per hour
- Estimated 3 to 4 hour shoot
- Full set of final reference images provided
- Open to future collaborations
Image Usage:
- TrueRef reference pack for illustrators and artists
- Personal fine art portfolio work
- Possible gallery, competition, or publication submission
- Model likeness will be visible

This project blends structured art reference work with a dramatic fine art concept. We are looking for a model excited to help create something both technically useful for artists and visually striking as a standalone piece.
