Please submit your work with at least 5 sentences explaining the theme and backstory of the editorial piece submitted. Our Spring/Summer theme is FUN & EDGY. We want submissions that show creativity and expression so be out of the box! Exclusivity ends 10 days after submission is published, do not consider the date Kavyar gives you!. We will add our tags and you can only post the photos with our tags after exclusivity ends, nothing else or we will pull your editorial. Please understand that photos we publish are a reflection of our aesthetic and quality. Posting photos we did not accept and without our tags are not a reflection of our magazine! Web Editorials are considered for online publishing only. Please check if they meet our aesthetic by examining our website or Instagram before submitting. We are a very open magazine to many styles, however we try to stay as solid as possible within our own.


WARDROBE
Please provide a minimum of 2 looks along with wardrobe credits with specifications to which brand relates to which specific piece of clothing (Ex: Shirt by Zara, Shoes by Nike). Please center all submissions around Spring-Summer clothing.

TIPS TO BE CHOSEN
Images with most originality will have higher chance for print publication.
Images must be high resolution.
Please avoid cliché photoshoots that have been recreated (Originality Wins!)
Editorials with Journalism or a Newsworthy attachment will have higher chances of being chosen (We are a magazine, not just a photo gallery)

WE MAY NOT PUBLISH ALL PHOTOS YOU SUBMIT
Please understand that within an editorial, many photos may fit our aesthetic, but some may not. Especially In a print issue, we may choose the best 3-5 to publish out of an entire editorial to save space. UNLESS you choose a 4 page spread we will fit most, if not all of the photos within the spread.

Images both submitted and accepted become property of Kaygod Magazine, while credited, and gives us the right to edit, publish, tailor, or upload any of the photos to any our platforms.

We do not pay for submissions or offer free print copies.
If you have been accepted you can request digital tear sheets sent via email after release date.

Accepted Editorials cannot be posted online in any form until 10 days after announced release date.

Accepted editorials can be taken out of digital publishing if uploaded online before the release date.
