📌 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:

● All submitted content must be original and not infringe on any third-party copyrights. We do not accept editorial that has been plagiarized.

● Images must be high-quality and free of any watermarks or logos. We require Instagram credits for promotion, styling credits, and full team credits.

● All team credits must be added to the designated place. We do not consider credits that are sent in the form of messages, PDF or WORD, or other documents.

● If a series is approved, that does not guarantee that all images will be used and published. We reserve the right to choose which photos will be published.

● We may crop, edit or modify your content to fit our editorial style, aesthetic, and requirements.

● We reserve the right to change the name of the editorial or make any necessary changes to the submission's title and accompanying text. All naming with words: editorial, fashion, beauty, shooting, photo session, and others will be automatically renamed to the model name.

● For STANDARD submissions we reserve the right to choose where to feature your images: INSTAGRAM story or INSTAGRAM post.

● We don't provide Tear Sheets (images with magazine logo) for the INSTAGRAM FEATURE category.

📌 CANCELLATION AND CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE:

● CANCELLATION FEE ($50) Please make sure that this is your final decision to submit your work to KAZARJ MAGAZINE INSTAGRAM. If a series is posted we will charge a $50 fee to cancel it.

● CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE ($15)
Make sure when you upload the credits that they are correct, that INSTAGRAM handles are added to all team members. If you need any corrections after publishing your images in INSTAGRAM there will be a $15 fee charged to correct them after publishing.

📌 RIGHTS AND PROMOTION:

● You may publish your work on social media anytime, even before the release.

● By submitting your content, you grant us permission to use your name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes.

● We may publish your content in our magazine and on our social media platforms.

● We reserve the right to use the submissions in any future publications, both digital and print.

📌 NOTE:

● We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our editorial guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

● We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our editorial standards or is deemed inappropriate.

● We may reject any submission for any reason without providing an explanation.

● Cancellation of your application may be made without prior notice if the information is not completed correctly.

● We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your content. It is the responsibility of the submitter.

📌 POSSIBLE REJECTION REASONS:

❌ The content is not original and infringes on third-party copyrights.
❌ The images are of low quality or contain watermarks or logos.
❌ The credits are incomplete or not added to the designated place.
❌ The editorial does not fit our aesthetic or editorial style.
❌ The fashion choices are outdated and do not represent current trends or styles.
❌ The model's posing and expression are not dynamic or engaging.
❌ The content is deemed inappropriate or violates our editorial guidelines.
❌ The submission is not complete or contains errors.
❌ The submission is rejected for any other reason without providing an explanation.
