All submission for print must be UNPUBLISHED and EXCLUSIVE.
Although some images may be rejected, none of the photos in this story can be sent to other magazines (this means exclusivity).
None of these photos has been published on any platform by anyone of the team (this means unpublished).
If you have images or serie that are already public but you would see in our magazine you can write us to submission.latestmagazine@gmail.com for the chance to have a webitorial publication, or submit to WEBITORIALS section here via Kavyar.
WE ONLY ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER.
EDITORIALS
Fashion and beauty should be between 6-14 images. The magazine reserves the right to publish only a part of the images you submitted, even if the story has been accepted.
If your submission is accepted for print the files sizes required are: 8.5X11 inches for portraits at 300dpi. 17x11 for landscape. For this issue we can accept only MALE submissions.
For fashion submissions, wardrobe credits are required. We can not accept editorials with one only brand credit. Those are advertorials. If you have an advertorial please write us an email to have a publication. The same brand should not appear in more than two shots. For Beauty submissions, makeup credits are required. All editorials must have a minimum of 6 different looks for 6 images, editorials with one looks won’t be accepted. If you want individual photo with a particular concept is taken for the issue, you can write to submission.latestmagazine@gmail.com to take a mediakit.
AFTER APPROVAL
We will send you an email with our release form.
We advise you to send back as quickly as you can.
Even if your story has been accepted, you can’t publish the images till the issue is out. Only one image of the editorial approved can be published as a preview, more or less a week before the publication. All images has to be credited to the magazine on each platform.
