Guidelines
Work can be any Creative pieces.
Tearsheets will be sent 30 days AFTER publication.

IMAGES THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THIS ISSUE CAN BE MOVED IN ANOTHER ONE.

IMAGES THAT ARE PREVIOUSLY POSTED ON SOCIAL CAN STILL BE SUBMITTED.

Images should also have NO WATERMARKS.

Include the necessary credits (and social media links) for each photo. Credits should include Photographer, Model, and MUA. (Please also include Stylist, Designer, and Agency credits if applicable). If any person / organization is accidentally left out of the credits, the submitter of the images will be held responsible and not Luxia.


FOR ACCEPTED WORK :

If a model is below the age of 18, signed parental permission is required and sent as an attachment. If no consent form is sent, Lightwork has the right to assume that all models are 18 or older. Additionally, if models are discovered to be below the age of 18 after publication and without parental consent, the images will be removed from the website.

PUBLICATION:

Magazine Editions / Volumes shall be made available for Print and Digital Purchase on Magcloud and via Lightwork website. Each Magazine will have a month long promotional campaign built around it and links will be provided for purchase.

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR REJECTION:

The submitted images don't meet the genres we are seeking.
The submitted images don't meet our standards of quality.
Images that contain FULL NUDITY may not be accepted.
Work that is submitted after the deadline.

CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE ($10)
Make sure when you upload the credits that they are correct, that instagram handles are added to all team members. (If applicable)
This must be done before the deadline. If you need any corrections there will be a $10 fee charged to make them after publishing.

CANCELLATION FEE ($100) Make sure this is your final decision to submit your works in Lightwork Magazine. If a series is published and gone into print we will charge a $100 fee to remove it, as the complete publication will have to be adjusted.

DISCLAIMER:

The Photographer remains the owner of the images submitted and not Lightwork. Once images have been published in Lightwork Magazine, only then can the Photographer (and all other parties) share the spreads on social media. Lightwork does not require exclusivity and therefore images submitted can be used for other purposes.

Magazine Editions are on purchase. Printed copies can be purchased from our website. Lightwork is an equal opportunity promoter and does not discriminate on the basis of Nationality, Ethnicity, Race, Gender, or Language.

Lightwork also reserves the right to crop any images that are submitted in order for them to fit our magazine printing standards.

Writers

- Photos accompanying text should be in high resolution

TERMS OF SUBMISSION

By submitting images, photographers certify that it is their own original work, for which they have the copyright and are holders of the model release, and give Lightwork Magazine permission to publish it on any issue.

Photographers grant an exclusive licence to use photographs in its submitted form, or subject to re-sizing to fit the magazine’s format.

Lightwork Magazine reserves the right to edit material and assumes no responsibility concerning any error and/or omission.

Lightwork Magazine is not responsible for copyright violations or misuse by others.

The publisher protects the right to reject and/or amend any contribution or material supplied.

All submitted material may or may not be published due to space, editorial review and/or quality.

We cannot guarantee publication of a submission until the final images are reviewed.

All submissions and published work are entirely unpaid.
