Guidelines

We're seeking runway shows and presentations! Please be sure to note the following points BEFORE submitting:

- We only seek shows with a London connection. Shot in the UK or a British designer showing abroad.
- We are looking for shows that took place between January 2020 and today. We may accept 'vintage' shows more than 5 years old which are particularly noteworthy
- If you want to avoid disappointment, it's a good idea to check our previous issues to see if we have already published the designer. The contents page is free to view always.
- We want to see ALL the looks from the show. Give us everything - don't edit your selection down first.
- We cover womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, sportswear, swimwear, lingerie, hats, jewellery etc etc - if it's a fashion show we'll consider it
- Please make sure your photos DON’T have a logo/watermark.
- Make sure to include the date of the show and the connection to London in your notes. If you don't include this, we will have to assume you haven't followed our requirements.

We can only accept submissions from the photographer, unless written permission signed by the photographer/rights holder is obtained.

Include a title and be sure to tag the fashion designer and photographer at minimum. Individual image credits are not required.

About London Runway

We’re an indie fashion magazine focused on all the excitement happening in London. We report on the latest fashion trends and news, runway shows and events, and everything else in between. Our close-knit, hard-working and inquisitive team stands with equality, sustainability, ethics, and overall basic human morality in fashion. This means we like to showcase fashion stories that also, where possible, demonstrate these characteristics.

We do not provide free copies of our print or digital magazine to Kavyar contributors, but we will send out links to find them as well as tearsheets on request.

All accepted editorials are also eligible for publication in our annual anthology, released at the beginning of the new year. This collects all editorials from the past year into one new volume. By submitting, you acknowledge that you are happy for your work to be republished in the anthology as well as the original submission issue.

Submitters are responsible for making sure that all information is correct. No corrections can be made after going to print. Submitters also verify that they have legal right to submit the images for publication, either as the copyright holder themselves or with permission from the copyright holder. London Runway will not be held responsible for submissions made in error. It may not be possible to change credits or other details after publication.

We finalise issue content around the 20th of this month. If you choose a free submission option, you will likely not hear from us until then.
