We are always on the lookout for fresh and exciting content to feature in our pages. All submissions are welcome, and we reserve the right to move accepted submissions to different categories within the magazine, depending on publication needs or space availability. Submissions are free, but we also offer a paid plan for cover feature requests, providing an opportunity to showcase your work as the face of our publication. Additionally, each month, we select winners for a free cover feature, chosen by our editorial board among the best submissions and exclusives, providing a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our publication without any extra cost.

We understand the importance of showcasing diverse perspectives and promoting inclusivity in the fashion and beauty industry. We prioritize submissions that highlight underrepresented voices and strive to create a platform for them to be heard. We also accept behind-the-scenes photos, videos, and fashion films, providing a more comprehensive view of the creative process.

When submitting to MALVIE MAGAZINE, please ensure that you follow the guidelines outlined in the guidelines. We review all submissions and reserve the right to accept or reject them. Prior to submitting, the photographers and the holders of copyright on the photographs submitted to MALVIE MAGAZINE must read our release form. This form outlines the usage and intellectual property rights that you must assign to Malvie Magazine as a condition of acceptance: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DPoCjh2zLeAWp8i4icTPXZSxSnbglecQ/view?usp=sharing Once a submission is accepted, the release form must be signed by the photographer and attached to the submission along with the images. If the release form is not completed before the deadline, we reserve the right to move or cancel the submission.

Please ensure that the images submitted have no logos or watermarks and include wardrobe and team credits. Submissions should be between 4-12 images. If over 10 images, we will select a maximum of 8 and a minimum of 4 images to be published, unless it's a cover story or special feature. MALVIE Magazine does not provide free print copies and we do not pay for submissions. However, we will send you tearsheets, your images with MALVIE Logo and a free digital copy of your publication.

By submitting, you are guaranteeing that all models and team members are of legal age 18 years or older. Submissions including minors will be rejected.
