When submitting to MALVIE MAGAZINE, please ensure that you adhere to the guidelines outlined in our submission guidelines. We review all submissions and retain the right to accept or reject them. Prior to submission, photographers and copyright holders of the photographs submitted to MALVIE MAGAZINE must thoroughly review our release form. This form outlines the usage and intellectual property rights that must be assigned to Malvie Magazine upon acceptance: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DPoCjh2zLeAWp8i4icTPXZSxSnbglecQ/view?usp=sharing Once your submission is accepted, the release form must be signed by the photographer and attached alongside the images. Failure to complete the release form before the deadline may result in the relocation or cancellation of the submission.

We are always on the lookout for fresh and exhilarating content to grace our pages. All submissions are welcome, and we reserve the right to assign accepted submissions to different categories within the magazine based on publication needs or space availability. While submissions are free, we also offer a paid plan for cover feature requests, allowing you to showcase your work as the face of our publication. Additionally, each month, our editorial board selects winners for a free cover feature, chosen from among the best submissions and exclusives, providing a fantastic opportunity to be featured without any additional cost.

We place great importance on showcasing diverse perspectives and promoting inclusivity within the fashion and beauty industry. Therefore, we prioritize submissions that amplify underrepresented voices and strive to create a platform for them to be heard. We also warmly welcome behind-the-scenes photos, videos, and fashion films, providing a more comprehensive view of the creative process.

Please ensure that the images you submit are free from logos or watermarks and include wardrobe and team credits. Submissions should comprise of 4-12 images. If you exceed 10 images, we will select a maximum of 8 and a minimum of 4 images for publication, except for cover stories or special features. Please note that MALVIE Magazine does not provide complimentary print copies, and we do not offer compensation for submissions. However, we will provide you with tearsheets, your images adorned with the MALVIE Logo, and a complimentary digital copy of your publication.

By submitting your work, you guarantee that all models and team members are of legal age, 18 years or older. Submissions including minors will be regrettably rejected.
