Mindcafe magazine is a Globally recognised Self improvement & Lifestyle magazine, with a creative and innovative audience of young adults with a ambitions to improve themselves and their way of life.

Mindcafe is a fast-growing magazine for everyone and is known for its in depth articles that inspire and empower its audience to be the best they can be. with a diverse range of editorials to fit each unique Article.

Our goal with Mindcafe Magazine submissions is to provide photographers and other creatives an opportunity to present their work to the world. Giving possibilities of engagement from all over the planet. Its content, carefully selected, celebrates a mix of different talents and styles, all blended together to create each individual and unique issue.

Each Submission is carefully looked through by our in house creative team and a few creatives are selected to be featured in our quarterly magazine as well as the opportunity to be features among other top creatives on all branches of our social media.

The Brief:

We are looking for a variety of images that best express "Connection"
you can interpret this however you see fit! we look forward to seeing you creative and inspiring work!

Tips:
- Mindcafe has a largely light and Neutral colour scheme.
- Focus of the idea of connection and how that affects you
- Remember it isn't the end end of the world if your work isn't accepted keep pushing forward.

We maintain the right to decline any work we do not deem to be suitable for coming issue. We have the right to alter any images in order to give it the best look in the magazine. this may mean that images are edited, cropped, moved or extended to fit the magazine. We only alter this when absolutely necessary.

Guidelines

Thank you again for your interest in Mindcafe Magazine. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via message or email. We appreciate all submissions.

- Images can be of any Genre provide they fit the appropriate brief.
- Images that are not accepted in this issue can be moved to another submission category.
- Images should also have NO WATERMARKS.
- Images should not be posted online or on any form of social media until agreed agreed
upon time after the magazine has been published.

All submissions should be between 1-12 images. If your submissions are over 12 images, a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 1 will be chosen to be used for the upcoming edition of the magazine or for social media. When submitting for publication the file sizes required are: 8.5X11 for Portraits at 300dpi. We use mostly portrait images, landscape is welcome.

PUBLICATION OR SOCIAL :

Magazine Editions / Volumes shall be made available for purchase at:

and many more

Each Magazine will have a month -long promotional campaign built around it and links will be provided for purchase.

If your work is chosen you will be contacted via email. please ensure given email is correct.

Mindcafe retain the right to use any work submitted to us for use however we deem fit. be that Social media, Magazine or advertising. For additional uses such as posters etc contributor will be contacted.

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR REJECTION:

The submitted images don't meet the specified brief
The submitted images don't meet our standards of quality for the magazine
Work that is submitted after the deadline
We didn't feel the work matched the feel of the magazine.

Team credits are essential:

Credits are essential (and social media links) for each photo. Credits should include Photographer, Model, and MUA. (Please also include Stylist, Designer, and Agency credits if applicable). If any person/organization is accidentally left out of the credits, the submitter of the images will be held responsible and not Mindcafe.
If these are not included with your submission, your submission will not be published. Be sure to double-check that all persons involved in the submission is included in the credits and their names are spelled correctly.

If for any reason a submission is published and a individual/s credit is missing, the person who submitted the feature will be held responsible. If Corrections are wished there will be a £10 credit correction fee. This must be done before the deadline.

No changes will be accepted once your editorial is published: no layout changes nor credit changes. So please, make sure and double-check that everything is correct or corrected before deadline.

We keep the right to choose which photos will be published to avoid having too many similar photos in one editorial submission. Please note there is also no guarantee that your images will be published on our social media platforms.


CANCELLATION FEE (£50)

Make sure this is your final decision to submit your works in Mindcafe Magazine. If you decide to withdraw/cancel your submission there will be a £50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation is not available a week past the final submission date. For publications already sent for printed, removal will be unavailable.

MODELS

If a model is below the age of 18, signed parental permission is required and sent as an attachment. If no consent form is sent, Mindcafe has the right to assume that all models are 18 or older.


IMPORTANT:

* If you are submitting the editorial and are not the photographer, you guarantee that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, title, and interest in all the work you submitted, including all related intellectual property interests; such as trademarks and copyrights. If you're not the exclusive legal owner of all rights, The exclusive legal owner must provide consent for the use via Mindcafe magazine. if such consent is not provided we have the right to refuse any submission.
In the event that work is published without the exclusive legal owners consent. All responsibility falls on the submission contributor. Mindcafe does not take any responsibility for content submitted to us without legal owners consent. Mindcafe has the Right to use any work submitted however we see fit.

By submitting you agree with Mindcafe's terms and conditions:

The photographer owns all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit work to Mindcafe. Photographers certify that it is their own original work. They have the copyright and are holders of the model release, and give Mindcafe and Mindcafe Magazine permission to publish it on any issue.
I understand that I am granting Mindcafe the rights to use images in the following ways; to publish in print, online and/or in digital format.
Once work has been accepted, it grants us the permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements, social media and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of Mindcafe and Mindcafe magazine.
I consent to indemnify Mindcafe and Mindcafe Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against Mindcafe and Mindcafe magazine arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.
Mindcafe Magazine is not responsible for copyright violations or misuse by others.
I grant this authorisation free of charge and that Mindcafe Magazine may use material to also be featured on Website, Instagram, on Facebook as well as on any other means of promotion.
Once images are approved for publication, you give us the right to correct/edit/resize/retouch pictures if needed.
Participants who have modelled in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer.
*All submitted material may or may not be published due to space, editorial review, and/or quality.
*All submissions and published work are entirely unpaid.

I understand that submission does not mean acceptance; and that all submissions are subjected to review.

DISCLAIMER:

The Photographer remains the owner of the images submitted and not Mindcafe. Once images have been published in Mindcafe Magazine, only then can the Photographer (and all other parties) share the images on social media. Except for in the case that the image is used for advertisement via Mindcafe.

Magazine Editions are on purchase. Printed edition are available at www.mindcafe.co Mindcafe also reserves the right to crop any images that are submitted in order for them to fit our magazine printing standards.
