1.0 SUBMISSION ESSENTIALS

MIROITÉR Magazines understands that the photographer owns all the rights including copyright. Therefore, submission must be made by the photographer, if not a copyright owner.

2.0 GUIDELINES

2.1 Submission

Submitting to MIROITÉR Magazine does not guarantee your submission is accepted. MIROITÉR Magazine reserves the right to accept or reject any submission that MIROITÉR Magazine receives.

2.2 Submission by Copyright Owner

If you are submitting an editorial content and are not the original artist or creator of the work, you must guarantee that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, including copyright, title, and interest in all work submitted, including all related intellectual property interest, such as trademarks and copyright. Feel free to contact the magazine, if you require further clarification and you are not the original owner of the content.

We do not accept images with:
• Layout or montage
• Frames (or images with frames)
• Water marks & logos
• Low-resolution images or photos taken on mobile phones

2.3 Title and Article

A title and article (story) is required in your submission. Submission without a title and suitable article is not accepted. Both the title and the article must be relevant to the images. Your written story provides the advantage in your submission. Having a great story along with your images will always get the attention of the readers. The article must be within 150 - 250 words. The article may discuss the photo-shoot, the designer outfit, or can be an inspiring piece that tells a collective story about the images. Remember, a successful story will increase your chances of being on the front cover, if accepted.

2.4 Free Printed Copies

MIROITÉR magazine will not provide free print magazines unless specifically mentioned. Occasionally, MIROITÉR Magazine may give away a free print copy to the best submission.

2.5 Team Credits

Team members and social media details must be included in the credits. Follow the sample format for submitting team credits.

2.6 Image Aesthetic

All images submitted need to be technically balanced and aesthetic.

3.0 THEMES FOR SUBMISSION

3.1 Themes include beauty, creative portraits or any subject that captures attention. We give high priority to submissions which are unique and more meaningful. We are looking for submissions that depicts a message.

3.2 Nudity, art nude or implied nudes are not accepted. Only glamorous looks are accepted.

3.3 Bizarre concepts that are creative and out of the box are preferred. The more unusual, the better the submission is. Unique or unpopular aesthetics or characteristics in your models are preferred.

3.4 Art-related submissions, including paintings, sculptures, design works, and creative writings, are welcome for consideration.

4.0 SOLO/EVENT PUBLICATION:

The designer/Event solo submission fee is 250.00 USD

By submitting to MIROITÉR Magazine to publish your work (digital photographs and articles), you are granting MIROITÉR Magazine the one-time, non-exclusive right to use your work in the following ways:

Publication

By submitting your work (digital photographs and articles), if accepted, to be published in MIROITÉR Magazine, the submitter or the copyright owner grants the MIROITÉR Magazine and their editors to use your work in any of our (MIROITÉR Magazine’s) publications, websites, videos, advertisements, commercials, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of MIROITÉR Magazine.

2.0 Publication Type

We are able to publish submissions in a print, online and PDF format in the “Current” issue of MIROITÉR Magazine.

3.0 Layout Changes

MIROITÉR magazine and their editors or agents have the right to crop your images as required for the layout. This will ensure your images will fit into the magazine pages.

4.0 Selling of Submissions

MIROITÉR Magazine will not license or otherwise sell your submitted digital photographs to a third party for commercial activities beyond the above listed scope.

5.0 Cancellations or Corrections after Acceptance

Cancellations and corrections after the submission has been accepted are subjected to a fee:

Individual submission cancellation fee: 80.00 USD

Individual submission correction fee: 30.00 USD
