Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)
Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)
Must be exclusive and unpublished
Guidelines
Be sure to include a title for your editorial, along with team & clothing credits (where applicable) – For team credits, list all related agencies & management firms. For clothing credits, list each article of clothing featured, along with the designer/brand name. We also recommend you to provide models, stylists, artists, makeup artists, and photographers Instagram account for promoting.
Please double-check to make sure all credit information is accurate! Credits will be published exactly as sent. Any errors will not be our responsibility.
For fashion submissions, DO NOT submit a set of images with models wearing the same look. That does not qualify as a fashion story & will be rejected. Models should wear a variety of hair/makeup looks for beauty submissions, as well.
Try to include different image types in your editorial. (portrait, full-length, close-up, etc.)
Nudity is allowed, however, it must be implemented in a tasteful manner.
Images should not have been published through any other form of print or online media (with the exception of your own promotional tools — your website, blog, portfolio, cards, etc.)
If your work is not accepted you will be issued a full refund. You will see the refund in your account within 8-12 days from the rejection date. For Guidelines: Note: By submitting to the following options: Front, Back Cover and get featured; You understand that Kavyar will charge your card now and hold the funds in escrow. If your submission is accepted Kavyar will send the funds to Moevir Magazine. If your submission is rejected, Kavyar will issue a full refund. This may take 8-12 days from rejection date for funds to show up in your account from. You can direct any questions in regards to the payment process to Kavyar ]

When you submit your works to Moevir Magazine. Please make sure you read this. And along with your submission, we, therefore, confirm that the action of submission means you accept the conditions and release & license below:
The submitter/submitters hereby gives/give the Moevir Magazine and assigns/assign his/her/their permission to license the Content and to use this photograph for the purpose of printing and promoting. (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include.
1. Editorial publication (newspaper, magazine)
2. Public exhibitions (galleries)
3. Moevir Magazine's promotion and communication (Moevir Magazine's website, online galleries, portfolio, self-published book).among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. He/she/they agrees/agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.
