We invite you to read clearly which package you will choose to avoid misunderstandings.

1. By submitting to NEOMEN Magazine to publish your work, you grant us permission and full rights to use your work in any of our publications, in any medium, websites, videos, promotion, marketing parts, packaging for any product or service, advertisements and any other means or formats used in the creation, dissemination and monetization of NEOMEN Magazine. Content can be combined with other images, text, graphics, films, audio, audiovisual works; and can be trimmed, altered or modified. This public publication is binding on NEOMEN's acceptance, irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by law. We, including our media partners/collaborators, are not at fault for any and all disputes arising out of your presentations. This statement will serve as a release form for each and every submission.

2. Once a presentation is accepted by NEOMEN Magazine, it should not be published in any other magazine, website, blog and social media. Once we realize that images are posted in these media before the particular issue is posted, we reserve the right to remove that submission without your consent.

3. By reviewing submissions, NEOMEN Magazine reserves the right to accept or deny any submission we receive. Presentations are reviewed based on their content, quality and relevance. NEOMEN Magazine reserves the right to change the title of the submission after acceptance if it is misleading and/or mistitled.

4. We don't provide free hard copies. NEOMEN Magazine is an on-demand printing magazine that is sold through third parties. You will be provided with tear sheets of all your published work with us.

5. All models must be 18 years of age or older.

6. You will be required to defend and indemnify the publisher (NEOMEN Magazine) entirely against all liability, damages, costs, debts, claims and expenses that the publisher may suffer or incur a third-party claim where the published material infringes or misappropriates any third-party property or intellectual property as a result of non-compliance with the clauses set forth above.

7. It is important to mention that some publishers will be integrated into our printed version for free if we believe that it has the potential to appear in it. We do not take care of the fees for international shipments, that is the responsibility of the client in the event that their publisher is chosen for free to be integrated into the form.
