New Face Magazine is not a lookbook! We take pride in the product we deliver. Nfm is constantly in search of great talent to feature in the publication’s prominent print and digital editions. We are looking for inspirational and innovative content: high-end fashion, beauty, and entertainment photography, brands, and influencers that stand out as creative, original, and inspiring. Nfm aspires to present a publication featuring both up-and-coming and established artists. We believe in the importance of diversity and encourage submissions featuring all nationalities and cultures.

We will be accepting themed submissions for each month unless otherwise mentioned. Types of work that we will review include Fashion, Beauty, Art, Men, Sensual (implied nudity), and more. You must have clothing listed and up to four looks whether clothing (or make-up for beauty.) If your submission fits into the aesthetic of another issue, we will notify you and request for that month. Please check out our Editorial Calendar and Pinterest boards for inspiration.

Links and tear sheets are sent within two weeks unless priority selected.

Main Issue Rejection Reasons:

*Your work is either unsuitable or does not fit with the flow of the issue.
*There is little or no space left for placement.
*The quality of work is not high enough.
*Wardrobe is repeated throughout the editorial (do not send one outfit in 10 photos).
*Repeated makeup looks.
*Images contain watermarks.
*You have not supplied enough images to create a full story.
*Credits are not given.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PUBLICATION DATE is the week OF publication. Do not send rude emails or messages demanding to know where the issue is. It is on its way!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD TO THE NEXT ISSUE OR A SECONDARY EDITION.
If we find your work acceptable but you did not follow the guidelines for the main issue, we reserve the right to publish in a secondary edition for that month.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TITLE AFTER ACCEPTANCE!

Please note we reserve the right to pull your editorial from the published issue and add it to our webtorial page with full credits and/or add to a secondary issue.

Tearsheets and links will be sent within 30 days after the publication release unless a priority is chosen. Many times this is sooner. Please understand, again, we are not a look book magazine. We take pride in each issue and we want your work to shine!

*If you are submitting the editorial and are not the photographer, please confirm and present to us a permission/release form from the photographer that owns the copyright to the images.

* Once an image is accepted to be published, it grants us the permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of Ne Face Magazine.

* If your submission is in a secondary issue, it is because you were accepted but you did not follow the guidelines above, such as only one look repeated in all photos.

* By submitting to New Face Magazine, you agree to the above terms and agreements.
