Out of respect to the art of photography and the law, submissions MUST come from the photographers who own and hold the copyright to the photos. Models, please reach out to your photographer and have them submit the photos you want to be considered for publication. Photographers please speak with your models and all parties involved to ensure they are comfortable with being published.

Submission Instructions
While there is a monthly theme, all genre of photos are welcomed and will be reviewed in order to allow more photographers and models, the opportunity to be published.

-This month’s theme is “Spring Time Visuals.” winter is over and spring is here. We want to see your best images that highlight spring time and warmer weather.

-Try to include different image types and orientations in your submission. (portrait,
landscape, full-length, close-up, etc.)

-For credits, please add info into the description box. Contact info for the model is required since we will contact them to ensure they are ok with their likeness being published.

-Please double-check to make sure all credit information is
accurate! Credits will be copy, pasted, and published exactly as sent.

All submissions will be reviewed and are selected based on their image quality, relevance, and content. Once an Issue is released, a free digital copy will be available for download and the print version will be available through Magcloud and Blurb. You will be able to find the link on our website and social media pages.

By submitting and allowing North State Collectives Magazine to publish your work, you grant permission to use your work in any of our publications and websites, videos, marketing material, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation and monetization of North State Collectives Magazine content. By submitting you have ensured that you are the copyright holder and have obtained permission from the model and all parties to have your photos and their likeness published. All parties will be contacted by North State Collectives to ensure permission is obtain to publish the image.
