PANACHE&STYLE Magazine accepts submissions from photographers, male and female models, make-up artists, hairstylists, designers, and writers. If accepted, your work will be featured in the print edition.

Images can be fashion, beauty or creative pieces. Nudity not accepted!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Submissions must be exclusive and unpublished.
- All images must be final retouched images.
- Please submit images with NO LOGOS or WATERMARKS.
- Wardrobe and team credits must be included with submissions, including Instagram credits. Make sure all credits are correctly spelled!

CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE ($35 payable through our PayPal Account) make sure when you upload the credits that they are correct, that Instagram handles are added to all team members (if applicable). This must be done before the deadline. If you need any corrections there will be a $35 fee charged to make them after publishing.

CANCELLATION FEE ($30.00 payable through our PayPal Account) Make sure this is your final decision to submit your works in PANACHE&STYLE Magazine.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR WORK, YOU NEED TO:

- Guarantee and represent that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, title, & interest in all the work you submitted, including all related intellectual property interests (such as trademarks and copyrights).

- Defend and indemnify the Publisher (PANACHE&STYLE Magazine) fully against all liabilities, damages, costs, debts, claims, and expenses which the Publisher may suffer or incur from a 3rd party claim where the material published infringes or misappropriates any third 3rd proprietary or intellectual property as a result of the breach of the above clause.
- Participants who have modeled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer.

- I understand that submission does not mean acceptance; and that all submissions are subjected to review.
