Print Issue of Period Magazine. Please read all info.


File Size Specifications:

All submitted images must belong to you or with the written permission from the author.

A minimum of 6-15 images per submission.

Provide a Title for your spread and credit all those involved along with instagram handles.

We will message you back if your submission has been accepted for print or if we decide to use it for online features.

Must be exclusive and unpublished (we can make exceptions if we really love it!)

We can only accept submissions from the photographer. The only time we can make an exception is if:
a) you have a letter of permission from the photographer
b) you have proof that you own the copyright to the images.

When sending your submission, please include a document file with the full credit list of creative team from your shoot: models (with agency), makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, clothing designer(s) etc.

Please provide links to your website and/or social media of the team for linking purposes to help promote your work. Wardrobe Credits In addition, all wardrobe credits need to be clearly stated according to the image file name so that we can easily distinguish which look goes with what images. This helps us to avoid any errors.

Full Disclosure, upon acceptance of your work by PERIOD Magazine you give PERIOD MAGAZINE permission to license and to use the content for any purpose in any media, which may included, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. It is agreed that your personal information will not be shared or made publicly available, but may only be used directly in relation to the licensing of the content where necessary. Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified. By submitting your work you agree that upon acceptance you have no rights to the content (artists excluded), and all rights to the submitted content belongs to PERIOD MAGAZINE and Assigns. This public release is binding upon acceptance by PERIOD, irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by law.

PERIOD Magazine accepts submissions from photographers, models, modeling agencies, managers, talent managers, makeup artists, bloggers, writers, fashion designers, and stylists. By submitting items, you are stating that you have permission / authorizations and all clearances to submit the items to PERIOD Magazine and all of our media partners / collaborators for media distribution. We, including our media partners / collaborators, are held blameless for any and all disputes which arise out of your submissions. This statement will serve as a Release Form for any and all submissions. These rules are effective for any and all submissions, read or unread. We do not give out complimentary copies of the magazine. PERIOD Magazine is not responsible for any cost associated with the production of your submission; also we do not pay for submissions.
