SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

- Prestige Magazine accepts Fashion, Beauty & Written Submissions
- Prestige Magazine reserves the right to accept or deny any submission we receive
- Submit model releases for each submitted picture
- Submit complete CREDIT INFO (team members & brands used) as TEXT files (e.g. Word or Pages) for each submitted picture
- Prestige Magazine is not liable for missing or wrong credit info and/or model releases
- Submissions with incomplete model releases and/or credit info will not be reviewed or published


Once an image is accepted to be published, it grants us the permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements,  and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of Prestige Magazine.





PICTURE REQUIREMENTS

Here is a quick overview:

- submitted photos must be of professional quality
- 3 to 10 pictures (1 MUST be in horizontal layout = landscape)
- JPG format
- sRGB color profile
- Dimensions: 4MP or larger
- 300 dpi

Photos that are submitted to Prestige Magazine must be of professional quality and each image will be evaluated by a reviewer.

All images must be at least 4 MP (megapixels) or larger and set at highest quality settings to produce an acceptable file dimension for submission.

Megapixels (MP) are different from megabytes (MB), as they refer to the dimensions and not the file size. To calculate your megapixels, multiply the X (width) by the Y (height) of your image or artwork.

For example:

2000 x 2400 pixels = 4.8 Megapixels. A file of this size is acceptable.
1200 x 3000 pixels = 3.6 Megapixels. This is smaller than our minimum size requirement, and this file will not be accepted by our system.






REVIEW GUIDELINES

Our reviewer team’s philosophy is based on a number of variables with customer satisfaction as a principal theme. All content is reviewed with consideration of the following:

- Technical Execution: this includes factors like lighting, focus, and noise for photos.


- Intellectual Property: content is evaluated for potential trademark or intellectual property violations, as well as possible copyright infringements.


- Releases: all content is evaluated for any necessary property or model release requirements and each release is reviewed for adherence to our release requirements.


- Relevancy: all content is evaluated based on relevancy or current trends



REVIEW TIMELINES

We strive to review all submitted content as quickly as possible, and most submissions are reviewed within 72 hours. However, during times of increased submissions traffic, the reviewing process time may take up to 7 business days.
