By submitting your work, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read our guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and successful submission process. Your attention to detail helps us maintain the highest standards.
📌 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:
● All submitted content must be original and not infringe on any third-party copyrights. Ensure you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder to publish the content in our magazine. Plagiarized content will not be accepted.
● Images must be high-quality, with a resolution of 300dpi, and free of any watermarks or logos. Please include Instagram credits for promotion, styling credits, and full team credits.
● Ensure that all credits and details are accurate when you upload them, including Instagram handles, names, and positions of all team members, as well as the title of the series, accompanying text, wardrobe credits, and any other submitted details. Ensure that your team has checked their Instagram settings and allowed mentions. If any team members do not allow mentions, they must change their settings.
● All team and wardrobe credits must be added to the designated place within the submission form. We do not accept credits sent via messages, PDF, WORD, or other documents.
● Ensure that your submission is complete and free of errors. Incomplete submissions or those that do not meet our standards and guidelines will not be considered.
● Lighting, colors, and retouching must be handled professionally to meet our standards.
● The styling choices should reflect current trends and align with our aesthetic and style.
● Approval of a series does not guarantee that all images will be used and published. We reserve the right to select which photos will be included in the publication.
● We may crop, edit, or modify your content to fit our editorial style, aesthetic, and requirements.
● We reserve the right to change the name of the editorial or make any necessary changes to the submission's title. Titles containing words like "editorial," "fashion," "beauty," "shooting," "photo session," and similar terms will be automatically renamed to the model's name.
● If you submit accompanying text, ensure the author is clearly credited. Our editorial team reserves the right to edit the text for a better fit, not include it in the publication, or use it as is. Therefore, make sure the text is error-free and polished.
● If your content is bound by an exclusivity agreement with another party or cannot be published before a specific date for any reason, please clearly indicate this in your submission statement.
● Any corrections needed after the images are published on Instagram, such as typos, incorrect names, positions, titles, descriptions, or any other details, including rementioning team members due to their Instagram settings, will incur a $15 fee.

● We do not purchase content.
● For STANDARD submissions we reserve the right to choose where to feature your images: INSTAGRAM story or INSTAGRAM post.
● We don't provide tearsheets (images with magazine logo) for the INSTAGRAM category.
● You may publish your work on social media anytime, even before the release. We do not impose exclusivity on submissions, but we prioritize exclusive content.
● By submitting your content, you grant us the right to publish it across all our platforms and formats, including print, digital, and Instagram.
● We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our editorial standards, violates our guidelines, or is deemed inappropriate. Rejections may occur without explanation.
● Your application may be canceled without prior notice if the information is incomplete, incorrect, or the content does not meet our guidelines.
● We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your content. The submitter is responsible for ensuring all information is correct.
● The estimated publication time on our Instagram is provided in the application. We reserve the right to change the release schedule, which may include publishing your content earlier than the estimated date. If there is a specific date before which your editorial cannot be published on Instagram, you must notify us.
● Acceptance in the Instagram category does not guarantee acceptance in the print category, and vice versa.
📌 CANCELLATION AND CREDITS CORRECTIONS POLICY:
● CANCELLATION FEE ($50)
Please ensure that submitting your work to SAINTEIGHT MAGAZINE INSTAGRAM is your final decision. Confirm that you have all the necessary rights and permissions, and that the post or story will not need to be withdrawn. If your series is posted or shared as a story, a $50 fee will be charged to cancel it. This fee covers the cost of adjusting our content plan and maintaining the visual consistency of our Instagram feed.
● CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE ($15)
Ensure that all credits and details are accurate when you upload them, including Instagram handles, names, and positions of all team members, as well as the title of the series, accompanying text, wardrobe credits, and any other submitted details. Make sure to clearly indicate the author of any text you submit for publication. The submitter is responsible for the correctness of all provided information. Ensure that your team has checked their Instagram settings and allowed mentions. If any team members do not allow mentions, they must change their settings. Any corrections needed after the images are published on Instagram, such as typos, incorrect names, positions, titles, descriptions, or any other details, including rementioning team members due to their Instagram settings, will incur a $15 fee.
