When I was a kid, the first camera I played with was my father's Zeiss, a fixed 35mm film lens with which I “cut my teeth”. Slides and black and white that I developed and printed myself, perhaps for this reason that I am particularly fascinated by black and white.
Then my first reflex arrived and I started experimenting with landscapes, street, minimal, color.
Later, combining photography with the strong passion for the sea that has always represented a strong bond with my closest affections, I dedicated myself to underwater photography for a very long period in an almost exclusive way.
With the arrival of digital, I resumed taking pictures out of the water, rediscovering ancient flavors and venturing into new ones: the portrait!
The human being knows how to give enchanting images, the search for emotions through a face that knows how to communicate and fascinate with the image and that allows me to express my vision.
"I like to photograph. I'm always looking for subjects ready to offer themselves to my lens. Everyone can convey their emotion, a piece of themselves. Capturing every little feeling through the camera gives me a feeling of conquest."
