What we expect?

We encourage you to submit all shapes, races and ethnicities. We aim to promote diversity in a high quality and tasteful manner.

Editorials should be anywhere in between 2-15 images.
We would like to see at least 2-3 looks for Beauty Editorials.

Please note, all the photographs might not be published. We reserve the right to choose what suits the best to the edition.
All Photographs must be professionally retouched final images. NO SELFIES!
Please make sure the photographs DO NOT have any graphic, texts, a logo, or watermark on them.

Editorial featuring only one designer/brand is considered an advertorial and cannot be accepted as a free editorial submission, please pick the Advertising option if you are looking to promote your brand with us.

We might also consider other image sizes if your work suits perfectly to the edition, but have in mind, your photographs might be cropped for better presentation and placement on the page.

Photographs can be in color or black and white.

One photographer can submit no more than 3 editorials to one issue though we cannot guaranty that all of them will be accepted and published.

Editorial doesn’t have be exclusive however the exclusive materials will be prioritized.
We will consider single image submission but it must be a work of an exceptional quality.

Once released issue will be available from TA publishing via MagCloud and Peecho platforms, we will be posting an updates on our website with the links to them.
Free High Resolution Digital Tearsheets will be sent to all the contributors after the release.

Credits.

Team credits are MUST for all submissions.

We accept credits in English only. If you are other language speaker please add English spelling of your team members names listed in copy-pasble format in wardrobe credits box or via Kavyar messages under your submission. Otherwise names will be automatically translated.

Make sure the list of credits is double checked: all the team members involved in creating the editorial are listed and their names are spelt correctly, including an agency name next to the model’s name (if applicable).


Credit list MUST be in editable (copy/pastable) file format so we can transfer them to the page exactly as they were sent to us. If for any reason the work is published and some credit is missing, the person submitted to us will be held responsible for any missing or misspelled credits. The Feature Magazine only copy/paste what we’ve got from the submitter so we cannot and would not be held accountable for any missing or misspelled credit.

PLEASE NOTE. All the credit corrections must be made BEFORE THE DEADLINE.

For corrections made or requested to be made after the deadline the fee of $20 applied.
If you need a correction you can order the service by Kavyar messaging us.

Important! Please have in mind, the print orders made before the correction cannot be updated.

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any liability, damages, and fees whatsoever, arising from our use of the material you submitted and you accept full responsibility for your actions (e.g. If you submit content without the consent of the any of your team member who is involved in the creation of editorial or of the persons appearing in the content).

We will not be held accountable for any breach of privacy or violation of any rights of publicity/likeness, and any possible breach of any possible right, due to the publication of material you have submitted to The Feature Magazine.

We do not remove sets once they have been published. If you submit content to us, you accept full responsibility for any claims or liability, damages, and fees, associated with the publication. If you submit images without the model’s consent, and the model demands it be removed and threatens us with legal action, you are solely responsible for any liability, fees and/or damages model may claim. The same applies if you submit content the copyright of which does not belong to you and we are threatened with action by the owner.


Therefore, we advise you to make certain that you have obtained consent for publication in The Feature Magazine and that all the credits are correct.
