The Women’s Exclusive Magazine is constantly searching for great talent to feature in the publication. We are looking for inspirational and creative content that embodies the beauty, elegance, strength and empowerment of womanhood. We believe in the importance of diversity and encourage submissions featuring models and real clients of all nationalities, cultures and stages of life (40+, maternity boudoir, etc)

All submissions will be reviewed by the team.

1. Include 6-12 images from the SAME session. Please note, we may only be choosing 1 image from your selection. Multiple images are not guaranteed unless a package is purchased.
2. Must be final and professionally retouched high resolution images at 300dpi
3. High quality and professional images will only be accepted
4. Images cannot contain logos or watermarks
5. All submissions require a title. We reserve the right to modify or apply a different title to fit the issue
6. 200-500 word written piece is encouraged but not required. The purpose of the session/story why did the client do a boudoir shoot and how did she feel after. For models/styled shoots: please describe the concept of the shoot and how it shows women empowerment. We reserve the right to modify for flow.
7. Include credits in the description or with your written piece for ALL social media including Instagram and website for the entire team (hair and make up, assistants, models (agencies), wardrobe, etc) as well as PHOTOGRAPHY/BUSINESS NAME as how you would like it to appear in publishing.
8. Please include headshot and 3-5 sentence bio if submitting a written piece.
9. We accept covered nude, implied nude and minor nudity. Please no full frontal nude.

Permissions & Guidelines

By submitting, you grant us an irrevocable license/permission and are stating that you have permission/authorizations and all clearances to submit items to The Women’s Exclusive Magazine (online and print) and all of our media partners/collaborators for media distribution. We, including our media partners/collaborators, are held blameless for any and all disputes which arise out of your submissions, read or unread. Women’s Exclusive Magazine is not responsible for any cost associated with the production of your submission. By submitting these images to us, you expressly warrant that you have the right to publish the images and agree to indemnify The Women’s Exclusive, Gabriela Cruz Photography and Inspire by Laura, Media Exclusive and our partners against any action for breach of copyright or similar infringement. We do not give out complimentary issues of the magazine. We will however give out Tear Sheets. By allowing Women’s Exclusive Magazine to publish your work, you grant us permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, marketing material, advertisements, videos, social media, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation and dissemination of Women’s Exclusive content.

During the selections process, you agree to keep your submissions private until notified by Women’s Exclusive if you have been accepted or not. This process normally does not take longer than 2 weeks.
