We feature unpublished works only.
All images must be edited with no logos, writing, or watermarks.
Once a submission has been accepted it must not be submitted to any other magazine, if we realise it has been published elsewhere we reserve the right to pull that submission out from our issue without your consent. Paid submissions published in other magazine are not refundable.
If your accepted submission does not meet the IMAGES REQUIREMENTS Portrait: 8.5 × 11 inches, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 pixels) Landscape: 17 x 11 inches, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 pixels), we reserve the right to pull that submission out from our issue without your consent. Paid submissions that does not meet the IMAGES REQUIREMENTS are not refundable.
Top Shot Magazine reserve the right to accept or deny any submission, the reasons can vary: your work is unsuitable, images contain watermarks or writing, quality is poor, and so on...
Make sure all team has been credited and spelled correctly and make sure you sent the right images. Changes after publication will incur $10.
Please make sure you have permission to publish from the whole team involved. There is a $100 cancellation fee for withdrawing your submission after it has been accepted and published.
For models under 18: we will provide a parent or legal guardian of the minor release form to be signed before publication in Top Shot Magazine. If we don't receive the release form in time, we will not be able to publish your images.
Once an issue is being released, we will send you an email containing your tear sheets and a link where you will find the magazine available for purchase in digital and paper format.
