2. Print Copies and Submissions Payment: VOUS Magazine operates with a print-on-demand model through MagCloud. Consequently, we do not offer free print copies. Additionally, we do not provide monetary compensation for submissions. We kindly request that all expenses associated with photo shoots be covered by the submitting team.

3. Publication Exclusivity: We exclusively feature unpublished editorials. Once your submission is accepted for publication, we ask that you refrain from posting the content online or on social media platforms until after the magazine's release. This ensures the exclusivity and impact of your work within our publication.

4. Submission Categories: We welcome submissions in the following categories: Fashion, Beauty, Family, Glamour, Men, Portrait, Wedding, Teen & Kids Fashion, etc. and Written content. Whether you're showcasing the latest trends or sharing compelling narratives, we're eager to explore diverse perspectives through our magazine.

5. Image Quantity and Orientation: Submissions should ideally consist of 4 to 14 images. However, if you're submitting a larger series, please note that we may select a maximum of 12 images for publication. We prefer portrait-oriented images to align with our editorial aesthetic.

6. Permission for Non-Photographer Submissions: If you're submitting content on behalf of a photographer, please ensure you have obtained permission or a release form from the copyright owner of the images. This helps us maintain ethical standards and protect intellectual property rights.

7. Credits Requirements: For fashion submissions, please provide comprehensive wardrobe credits. Likewise, beauty submissions should include detailed makeup credits. Editorials must feature 2 to 4 different looks to offer variety and depth to our readers. We require full team credits for all submissions to acknowledge the collaborative effort behind each project.

8. Usage Rights: Upon acceptance, we retain the right to feature your work across various mediums, including our print and digital publications, websites, videos, marketing materials, and social media platforms. Your contribution plays a vital role in shaping our editorial vision, and we appreciate your trust in us to showcase your talent.

9. Deadline: To ensure timely inclusion in our upcoming issue, please submit your work before the stated deadline. Failure to meet the deadline may result in non-publication of your submission in the intended issue.

10. Cancellation and Credits Corrections Fees: We understand that circumstances may change, but please be mindful of our cancellation policy. A $100 cancellation fee applies once a series is accepted for publication. Additionally, a $10 fee is charged for any credit corrections requested after the submission deadline.

11. Purchase Information: Our magazine is available for purchase via MagCloud, a print-on-demand service.
