By submitting to ULTIMATE TRENDY MAGAZINE you are stating that we have rights to use the images submitted!
For this editorial issue, our theme is WINTER FASHION.
Each image submitted needs to incorporate a story within the fashion/editorial vibe.
So get creative, please include a minimum of 3 looks per submission.
Winter fashion, urban fashion, portraits, fine art, beauty, FINE lingerie will be accepted.
We are open to submissions from all genders and races and do take nude submissions so long as they're tastefully done.
When submitting your work, you must:
- Guarantee and represent that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all the rights, titles, and interests in all work submitted by you, including all related intellectual property interests (such as trademarks and copyrights).
- Get permission from models or their agents to publish work with their participation.
- Models must have the photographer's consent for publication, legal representation, or agent approval.
-To protect and indemnify the publisher to all liabilities, damages, costs, debts, claims, and expenses that the publisher may sustain or incur at the suit of a third party if posted material violates or misappropriates any third property or intellectual property.
By taking submission you approve these norms, accept the rules, and take all the possible risks on yourself.
-Guarantee that all models featured in your submissions are 18+ or 20+ age.
A cancellation fee of $25 will occur if you attempt to pull your submission after already it's being accepted.
Any changes to an already existing editorial after publishing will require a $50 payment made payable through PayPal as we publish exactly how the crediting is submitted.
Warning: remember that in case of an excessive number of submissions some of your series will be published in our affiliate magazines: HYPERION MAG (US), NuMODA MAGAZINE (Germany/Italy), and STYLABLE (Argentina).
