*We are NOT looking for swimwear, but bodysuit is OK!

Please submit 6-12 images for review.
All images must be edited and retouched.
Please ensure the images submitted have no logos or watermarks.
When submitting your work, please include credits for all participants in the shoot, including full name, Instagram information, and email address in English. This will allow us to tag everyone when sharing images on major platforms.
Please ensure that team and wardrobe credits are accurate and spelled correctly. Fix any errors in the submission settings before submitting your work.

Please be sure all photos show different angle, facial expressions, and compositions of the model and setting. We recommend you to submit photos of 2 or more outfits to offer variety.

When submitting your work, you must:
• Guarantee that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all the rights, titles, and interests in all works submitted, including all related intellectual property interests such as trademarks and copyrights.
• Obtain permission from each participant, including models, makeup artists, stylists, and others, or their agents to publish works with their participation.
• Have a guardian of young talents sign a release form for all models under the age of 18.
• Ensure that models have the photographer's consent for publication, legal representation, or agent approval.

You must protect and indemnify the publisher, VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine, against all liabilities, damages, costs, debts, claims, and expenses that the publisher may sustain or incur due to a third party lawsuit related to any material posted that violates or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property, in breach of the above paragraph. By submitting your work, you accept these terms and assume all possible risks.

By allowing VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine to publish your work, you grant permission to use your work in any of our publications and websites, videos, marketing materials, advertising, and any other media or formats used to create and monetize VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine content. We reserve the right to crop your photos and change their sizing. Not all materials submitted will be published in our print issues. Some photos may be used on our website as exclusive content.

Only submissions that align with the theme will be considered for publication. If your work does not align with the theme, it may be transferred to our webitorial or rejected. We are looking for originality and fresh content to feature in our vessel. We welcome all submissions, and we reserve the right to use accepted submissions in all platforms, print and/or electronic issues, webitorial, and social media.

Submissions are free, but we also offer paid plans for feature and advertising opportunities. We also accept behind-the-scenes photos and videos for web exclusive content and social media features.

Once a submission is accepted, a release form must be signed by the photographer and attached to the submission along with the images. If the release form is not completed before the deadline, we reserve the right to move or cancel the submission.

If a submission is published, and an individual's credit is missing or incorrect, the person who submitted the feature will be held responsible. Revisions for submission errors (such as credits or image replacements) incur a fee of $50 payable through Kavyar. Contact VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine via your original submission for revisions. We will then provide a link to pay for revision requests. VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine reserves the right to refuse any revision request. All revisions will be made 30 days after the publication has been released.

All purchases are final. You may cancel your submission prior to publication. Removal of any editorials after publication incurs a fee of $100 payable through Kavyar. By submitting to VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine, you agree to all above terms and agreements.

Please note that VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine does not offer free copies of its print-on-demand publication. However, tear sheets will be sent to you one month after the magazine’s release. Please be aware that the redistribution of VESSEL Lifestylish Magazine and its digital or print copies is strictly prohibited.
