Submission Categories and Requirements:

Photography: We accept captivating images that fall under the categories of beauty, fashion, or creative pieces. Photographers are encouraged to demonstrate technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Images should be of high quality, avoiding low-light work with noise or focus issues. We do not accept watermarked images.

Models: Male and female models are invited to submit their portfolios for consideration. The selection process considers the overall aesthetics, professionalism, and compatibility with the magazine's style. Models should display versatility in poses and expressions, ensuring that
repetition is avoided.

Submission Guidelines:

Cohesiveness: Editorial submissions must consist of images from the same shoot, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative.
Credits: When uploading your work, please provide accurate credits for the entire team involved. Ensure that Instagram handles are included for all team members, where applicable.
Corrections: It is crucial to review and confirm the accuracy of the credits before the submission deadline. Any corrections required after publishing will incur an $8 fee payable through our PayPal account.
Image Quantity: Sufficient images should be provided to create a compelling story. Inadequate image supply may hinder the selection process.
Relevance and Quality: Submissions are evaluated based on the content's relevance to our magazine's themes, the overall quality of the work, and its ability to resonate with our audience.

Publication and Purchase

Once an issue is released, it will be available for purchase through MagCloud. On the day of release, a purchase link will be provided to all Contributors.

Rejection Reasons:

Submissions may be declined for the following reasons:

Poor low-light work, noisy images, or out-of-focus shots.
Inadequate skin editing, such as excessive waxing using automated software.
Inappropriate or mismatched outfits giving a cheap appearance.
Lack of suitability or coherence with the overall flow of the issue.
Limited space available for placement.
Insufficient quality of work.
Repetition of wardrobe, poses, or expressions.
Presence of watermarks on images.
Failure to supply enough images to construct a coherent story.

By submitting your photograph to VIGOUR Magazine, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership and Copyright: You affirm that you are the rightful owner of all rights, including copyright, necessary to submit the photograph to VIGOUR Magazine. Once your image is accepted for publication, you grant VIGOUR Magazine permission to use your work in any of its publications, websites, videos, marketing materials, advertisements, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of VIGOUR Magazine.
Indemnification: You consent to indemnify VIGOUR Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement made in connection with the photograph.
Grant of Authorization: You grant VIGOUR Magazine the authorization to use your submitted work without any charge. Please note that VIGOUR Magazine currently does not provide complimentary copies of our print-on-demand publication or compensation for your shoots. However, we will actively promote your work through our social media channels, events, and promotions.
Editing and Retouching: Once your images are approved for publication, you acknowledge and grant VIGOUR Magazine the right to make necessary corrections, edits, or retouching to the pictures, if deemed appropriate.
Model Release: If there are any participants who have modeled or posed in the photograph, you affirm that they have assigned all relevant rights to you as the photographer.
Submission Review: You understand and acknowledge that submission of your photograph does not guarantee acceptance, and all submissions are subject to review by the VIGOUR Magazine team.
